So yes, so he is first in points scored. Uncle Steve, Viking Man, is four and four. 799, just about, points scored.

I have 784 and a half. So yes, my all play percentage is down to just under 49%. I'm in first place at seven and one.

Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good. You know? Dude, look at this, all play percent.

I'm in first place, seven and one. Mine's 49%. Second place is 50%.

Third place, Pink Panthers at five and three. 63.6% tied for third. My brother, Goathouse.

My dad’s friends are always asking me if i still write - so i gotta keep it up now haha.

These photos are from the Montana State-Eastern WA game that we all attended this past Saturday - good times - it was hailing and sunny all in one afternoon so that was wonderful haha - beautiful - Mother Nature being moody!

Fun game too - almost 500 yards of offense from the Cats and a big W 42-28 - play of the game was probably a huge 76 yard run late in the third quarter by the best player on the team - the senior quarterback from Butte - Tommy Mellott - yasssss the Bobcats are still undefeated so looking strong heading into the huge Cats-Grizz game comin up soon 🔜 

Also goooooooo Cougs and Whammy and Seahawks and Kraken and bring back the Sonics lezzzzz geauxxxxxxxx

All right. Got a huge victory in San Diego, 29 to 26, to move to 7-1 for us Cougs. We were down 26-14, early fourth quarter.

We got a huge interception. It was our only turnover of the game. And we got a couple big plays.

34-yarder to Carlos Hernandez from John Mattier. Made 26-21. Then we got another drive.

A John Mattier two-yard run from our quarterback. John Mattier to Chris Hudson for the two-point conversion to make it 29-26. We held on.

We got a big no-call on Kyle Thornton. An announcer said it could have been passing interference, but it was not called. Just over two minutes left.

And we did it, baby. We had slight time of possession advantage. 30 minutes, 27 seconds.

They outgained us in yards. 414 yards for them, 375 for us. 22 first downs for us, 21 for them.

 “Thirty-one degrees out there. I learned my lesson yesterday. All right.

I was sitting in the cold, wet grass. The breeze was blowing. I was doing the podcast yesterday.

And that says, I'm gonna do it in bed. From now on, that's what I do during the winter, dude. I love doing the pod outside, but when it's 30 degrees, I crank the heat up, because it gets chilly in here.

And I do the podcast. I haven't even gotten out of bed yet. Eight for 12 on the field, five for seven from three point, 15 minutes, 22 points, and five rebounds for Buddy Heeled yesterday in his Warriors debut.

🏈AFFL Week 8

 Viking Man puts up the huge points to fly by PPE and even his record led by a balanced attack. 

Sam’s Town gains his third win in a Hawkeyes crushing with Jalen Hurts as the QB1 for the league this week. Goathouse Squad gets strong TE and special teams play to move above .500 as he narrowly skates past Tenacious D in the matchup of the week. B Team is the fifth team to score 100+ and solidifies her .500 record and four game win streak with solid RB play as she just edges out a red-hot Pink Panthers. Trophy Wife is second place in the standings after CeeDee Lamb goes HAM and she outscores Spokane Retrievers. Finally, in the Pooper Bowl of the Week, Whammy gets a great Bo Nix showing (three words: Bo dang Nix) and is lucky enough to play the lowest scoring team (MT Moose) as he is the second-lowest but a dub is a W. 

Hawkeyes grabs his first fiver of the season with a wonderful week of pool pickin.

🏈AFFL Week 7

 Goathouse Squad gets big RB play from Conner and Gibbs (of the Cardinals and Lions, not of the 80s buddy cop show) and hands Whammy his first loss in a drubbing.

MT Moose also rides a solid run game to a huge victory over Spokane Retrievers. Viking Man has the best rushing attack of all three teams - he rides the three-headed monster of Josh Jacobs, Aaron Jones and Bijan Robinson to a crushing of Trophy Wife. Pink Panthers is scorching hot as she marches to a five game win streak with the help of her RBs as Kareem Hunt and Alexander Mattison had nice scores and she gets by Hawkeyes (shout-out Will Reichard who hit three long field goals). The second hottest team in the AFFL is B Team as she notches a three game win streak with a huge Lamar Jackson game to sneak past Sam’s Town. In the closest matchup of the week (which was still only a 6 point game - we typically see much closer games than this week), PPE outscores Tenacious D with a balanced attack. 

Sam’s Town gets just enough in the picks to get by Pink Panthers and grab this week’s Lincoln note.

Good luck to all in week 8 - with half the regular season remaining and only three games separating second and last place, everyone is still in this playoff race! 

🏈AFFL Week 6

 Five teams score at least 112 as Pink Panthers leads the way with a balanced attack to run past MT Moose.

PPE finds the win column with a solid kicking game from Bates Motel to fly by Hawkeyes. In the matchup of the day, Tenacious D gets just enough from his Tampa guys to outscore a rowdy Spokane Retrievers squad. Cole Kmet is kman for Whammy as he holds off Viking Man to stay unbeaten. David Montgomery signed a two year extension and put up a 20 spot for Trophy Wife as she crushes Sam’s Town. Romeo, oh Romeo, where art thou fantasy production? Doubs scores a pair of TDs for B Team as she wanders past Goathouse Squad for her second W. 

Spokane Retrievers takes home the fiver again as the trend of the top teams winning the weekly $ continues - the top two pool pickers have won three of the six weeks (PPE and SPO).

🏈AFFL Week 5

 Spokane Retrievers posts 127 with all five of their RB/WR scoring at least 12 as they fly past Hawkeyes.

Pink Panthers also goes large with a huge showing from late 90s boy band Joey B to skate by Sam’s Town. Viking Man gets solid points from his TE/K/D to crush MT Moose. Goathouse Squad is the fourth team to score triple digits as he gets a good QB/K game to hand Trophy Wife her first loss. Lamar and Ja’Marr score most of the points for B Team as she drubs Tenacious D to get in the win column. Finally, in the only somewhat close matchup of the week, Whammy stays undefeated and PPE remains defeated as Whammy gets just enough from a balanced attack.

In good news for PPE, he remains at the top of pool picks and takes this week’s fiver with a low high score of 73.

🏈AFFL Week 4

 Pink Panthers is the only triple digit scorer this week with a solid showing from her trio of wideouts to move past Goathouse Squad.

Viking Man gets his first victory with a huge kicking game from Koo as he crushes Spokane Retrievers. Trophy Wife remains unbeaten as she holds off Tenacious D with a balanced attack led by another big Daniels game. Whammy also stays undefeated with a monster D-Henry statline Sunday night on NBC as he gets just enough to get by a scuffling B Team who is still in search of her first dub. Sam’s Town has a good game led by Nico Collins to fly by PPE who is also trying to find the win column. In the matchup of the week, Hawkeyes barely outscores MT Moose despite a Monday night performance for the ages by Kenny Walker III who had three touchdowns but ultimately just not enough yardage (Hawkeyes’ Tony Pollard had 88 rushing yards in the other Monday night game to Walker’s 80). 

Spokane Retrievers snatches the Lincoln note as he is the only triple digit picker this week - also solidifying his second place position in those standings behind B Team. Speaking of B Team, she unfortunately got the boot from Survivor this week as the Steelers fell in Indy and Pat McAfee leapt in joy.

 “Whammy, got my first loss. I am now six and one, one game ahead of the two second place teams in fancy football.

But like I said in the write-up yesterday, which you can read my write-ups on thegoat1.blogspot.com, my internationally famous blog, it's huge in Singapore and Hong Kong. Over half my views come outside the USA. But yeah, I put my fancy football write-ups there.

Only three games separate second and last place. We have 12 teams all in the playoff hunt with half the regular season. We have a 14-game week regular season.

Then we launch into the playoffs. We used to just go all regular season and not have a playoffs and have a different scoring system based on how many points you would get in the week. But now we just do head-to-head matchups, win-loss, play-off race.

That's how most leagues do it. That's how we currently do it. And also, it's a happy NBA tip-off.

 “yesterday was a wonderful Saturday. Watched three different field stormings within a one-hour span yesterday afternoon. Illinois stormed the field after beating Michigan.

Tennessee stormed the field after beating Bama and Maryland stormed the field after beating USC. It's becoming much more common these days. And, yes, also watched the Cougs get a huge victory in homecoming in Pullman on the police vs.

hawaii. And my mama gave me a buzz cut. I shaved.

I got to rest a bunch. I feel reinvigorated. Slept good all weekend.

Yeah, I love just being, like, refreshed, going back to 11 a.m. on a Sunday. The weekend is 64 hours exactly for me. So I calculated that each quarter, because I was watching so much football, each quarter of the weekend is 16 hours.

So I figured out that once it got to be 7 o'clock last night, I was entering, I entered the fourth quarter of my weekend. So I like to break stuff down like that, you know? But yeah, I mean, the weekend goes quick though.
