Hey thanks Coach! Hmmmm looking at the 3 week plan now, most
of the workouts say the percent you are supposed to go so I think I will just
go 80 % and focus on technique and getting back into the swing of things on the
ones that don't say how hard to go. I attached it to this so you can see what
I'm talking about. I did email her to see what r/b/s means though.
